On August 7th, as per an official announcement, Tether has made an announcement regarding the acquisition of a minority stake in the digital asset platform Bit2Me and has taken the lead in a €30 million financing round, which is expected to be completed in the coming weeks. This financing will be utilized to support Bit2Me's expansion within the European Union and to enhance its business operations in Latin America, particularly in Argentina. Previously, Bit2Me became the first Spanish-speaking cryptocurrency asset service provider to receive authorization from the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) of Spain and to comply with the requirements of the European Union's Markets in Crypto-Assets regulations (MiCA). With the MiCA license, Bit2Me is legally able to operate in all 27 EU member states.

On August 7th, according to official information, the ZKsync Stargate team submitted a proposal in July 2025. It is planned to allocate a total of 8.5 million ZK tokens from September 2024 to September 2026 for Stargate compensation and governance expenses. The proposal will cancel the existing 2 million unissued ZK cap minting allowance (V1) and enable a new 8.5 million ZK cap minting allowance (V2) to be managed by the ZKsync Stargate. Specifically, 3.75 million ZK will be used for compensation in the fiscal year 2024 - 2025, 3.75 million ZK for the fiscal year 2025 - 2026, and an additional 1 million ZK for administrative expenses.
