The Acting Chair of the CFTC may join MoonPay after the confirmation of the official Chair.

On August 26th, Crypto reporter Eleanor Terrett stated that "There are rumors suggesting that after the confirmation of the permanent chairman, Caroline D. Pham, the Acting Chairman of the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), will join the cryptocurrency payment platform MoonPay. MoonPay declined to provide any comments on this matter. A spokesperson for the CFTC did not refute this rumor and informed me, 'As she announced in May, Acting Chairman Pham will return to the private sector once the new chairman is confirmed.
