Coinbase Card Partner Cardless Completes $60M Funding Round, Led by Spark Capital

On September 22nd, as reported by Bloomberg, Cardless, a startup specializing in co-branded credit cards, has successfully completed a $60 million financing round. The newly obtained funds will be allocated to enhance features, collaborate with renowned brand partners on development projects, and a portion will be used for partnerships with Coinbase Global Inc. and Bilt Rewards. This financing round was led by Spark Capital, with the participation of Activant Capital, Industry Ventures, and Pear VC. It is of note that Cardless has a strategic partnership with Coinbase, with Coinbase being its first partner. In June of this year, Cardless launched an embedded credit card platform, which Coinbase employed to develop and issue the "Coinbase One Card".
