Tokens are purchased from the open market on a daily basis until the accumulated amount reaches the 70% - 80% target range of the transaction fees during the S3 period. The ASTER S3 phase will last for 35 days until November 9th. In addition, the S3 airdrop will commence after the complete buyback, with tokens from the buyback address taking precedence in distribution.
