0G Partners with Nanyang Technological University to Invest SGD 5 Million in Establishing Decentralized AI Research Center

2025.11.10 17:32:56

On November 10th, Nanyang Technological University (NTU) in Singapore and the decentralized AI infrastructure company Zero Gravity (0G) announced a joint investment of 5 million Singapore dollars to establish a Decentralized AI Technology Research Center. The purpose of this center is to promote blockchain-based artificial intelligence innovation and build a more transparent, secure, and verifiable AI system. This is 0G's first cooperation with a global university. The research directions involve decentralized AI training, blockchain integration, model alignment, and the Proof of Useful Work (PoUW) consensus mechanism. Through an open ecosystem, the research center will support developers, institutions, and the community in participating in verification and auditing, driving AI from being closed to being open and transparent. The project is scheduled to run for four years and will include workshops, hackathons, student scholarships, and open-source projects. The first batch of proof-of-concept results is expected to be released within two years and be applied in fields such as finance, healthcare, and smart infrastructure. Previously, 0G had received more than $325 million in funding commitments, including a $40 million seed round led by Hack VC.
