Public Acquires Alto's Cryptocurrency Business for $65 Million

On November 13th, the investment app Public acquired the cryptocurrency IRA provider Alto's cryptocurrency business for $65 million in cash and stock. Public is scheduled to fully integrate Alto's cryptocurrency accounts by 2026. During this process, Alto will continue to operate as a service provider. In addition, Alto will also continue to independently manage its other businesses, such as private credit and venture capital investment projects.
