On November 14th, based on Christine Kim's summary of the 169th Ethereum All Core Developers Meeting (ACDC), the meeting mainly focused on: the changes in FOCIL (originally planned to be included in the Glamsterdam upgrade, but developers are more hopeful about its reliable implementation in the Heka upgrade. If achievable, the industry is more inclined to include the FOCIL consensus in Heka.
