On December 5th, per Coinglass data: If Bitcoin breaks above $94,000, cumulative short liquidation intensity across major centralized exchanges (CEX) will hit $1 billion. Conversely, if Bitcoin drops below $91,000, cumulative long liquidation intensity on major CEX will reach $641 million. BlockBeats Note: Liquidation charts do not display the exact number of contracts pending liquidation or the precise value of contracts being liquidated. Instead, the bars on a liquidation chart represent the relative significance of each liquidation cluster compared to neighboring clusters—i.e., intensity. In short, liquidation charts illustrate how strongly a given price level will impact the market. A taller “liquidation bar” means hitting that price will trigger a more intense reaction due to a surge in liquidity.
