Eight defendants face multiple charges, and the case has been adjourned to March 16, 2026 for a retrial. The eight defendants include former TVB actor Zheng Junxi (31), Siu Wing-him (28), Lam Zuo (35), internet celebrity Chen Yingyi (38) (known online as "Chen Yi"), Au Chak-ki (31), Chiu King-yin (25), YouTuber Leung Kei-cheung (31) (who goes by "Xiang Xiang" online), and Ho Ki-man (28). Charges against them include conspiracy to defraud, fraud, fraudulently or recklessly inducing others to invest in virtual assets, and dealing with property representing proceeds of a felony—knowing or believing it to be such proceeds.
