Binance Confirms Suspension of Visa and Mastercard Withdrawals for Ukrainian Users

On December 30, Binance suspended Ukrainian users’ access to fiat payment processor Bifinity UAB for Visa and Mastercard withdrawals, citing regulatory policy changes. A Binance spokesperson confirmed the development, noting the payment method update only impacts Ukrainian users who previously used Bifinity’s services. While some fiat deposit and withdrawal options for Ukrainian users will be affected, core cryptocurrency functionalities—depositing, withdrawing, and trading—remain unchanged. Users can still use Visa/Mastercard for deposits and crypto purchases, Apple Pay and Google Pay for account funding, and SWIFT transfers for both deposits and withdrawals.
