Iranian military says US military bases in the Middle East are "legal targets for strikes"

According to Iranian media outlet Fars News, local officials said two military bases in Bushehr Province, southern Iran were attacked on Wednesday morning, with no casualties reported so far.

According to official announcements, privacy public blockchain Secret Network has announced its migration to the Arbitrum ecosystem, with the SCRT token to be converted into an ERC-20 token on Arbitrum. The migration is scheduled to take a snapshot on September 1, 2026. Native SCRT and staked SCRT will be automatically migrated, but sSCRT, SCRT held in contracts or liquidity pools, SCRT bridged to other chains, and IBC-bridged tokens are not covered in the migration and must be converted to native or staked status before September 1. Post-migration, SCRT will remain a governance token, with the team proposing to lower its inflation rate from 9% to 5%. Upon completion of the migration, SCRT Labs will cease maintenance of Secret Network and open-source all its code, and the proposal is subject to a community governance vote. Separately, data from Coingecko shows SCRT is currently trading at $0.03965, down 30.7% over the past 24 hours.
