The MSCI China All Shares Index, a comprehensive Chinese stock index compiled by MSCI, covers large-cap and mid-cap stocks across all China-related equity segments—including Shanghai and Shenzhen-listed firms, Hong Kong-listed companies, and Chinese stocks overseas (such as US-listed ADRs)—to fully reflect Chinese stock investment opportunities. Tracked by numerous global ETFs and passive funds, Changxin’s inclusion is expected to drive passive capital inflows.

The new law also specifies that those operating online scam compounds or committing “digital currency (cryptocurrency) fraud” face a maximum sentence of life imprisonment; offenders who carry out acts like violent coercion and illegal detention can be sentenced to 10 years to life in prison.

Amazon’s data center in Bahrain was damaged in an attack by Iran.

Bloomberg reported that satellite images show two Amazon Inc. data centers in Bahrain were damaged, consistent with Iran’s claim last week that it had carried out a missile attack on the facilities. Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) released high-resolution satellite imagery via Tasnim News Agency, its official media outlet, showing severe damage to the two data centers located in Zallaq and Askar, Bahrain. The IRGC stated the facilities were targeted because Amazon supports U.S. military operations. Independent low-resolution images from the European Space Agency (ESA)’s Sentinel-2 satellite constellation, reviewed by Bloomberg, also show signs of damage at both sites.
