Binance has launched European-style gold and silver options settled in USDT via its Nest Exchange, which is regulated by the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM). Prior to this launch, Binance’s gold and silver perpetual contracts saw robust trading demand, with daily peak volumes reaching $7.77 billion and $7.27 billion respectively. The new options allow retail investors to purchase both call and put options, but prohibit retail investors from selling options; only the exchange and designated market makers are eligible to act as option sellers.

CXMT (Changxin Technology) rose 12.66% on its third trading day, closing at 52.95 yuan, up 5.95 yuan from the previous session’s close of 47 yuan. During the session, the stock hit an intraday low of 46.26 yuan and a high of 53.99 yuan, with a maximum rebound of 16.71% from the intraday low. CXMT closed at 49 yuan on its first trading day, and its current price has risen roughly 8.1% cumulatively since its debut. The whale went long at 9:46 on July 15, the first day CXMT futures were listed. It bought approximately $1.608 million worth of CXMT on that debut day, and has since maintained a one-way position increase with no sell records, including adding about $2.353 million on July 27 (the day CXMT listed on the A-share market), marking its largest single-day position increase since entry; it added another $993,000 on July 28; and around $130,000 again before today’s A-share opening. Currently, the whale has placed 7 CXMT buy orders in the $6.01 to $6.41 range, with a total order value of about $609,000, and no sell orders yet. After CXMT’s sharp rally on its third trading day, the address continues to hold a low-level accumulation plan. Selini Capital founder Jordi Alexander responded in a post to Lookonchain’s earlier monitoring of a Selini-linked address depositing 495,473 HYPE tokens (worth roughly $26.8 million) into OKX, clarifying that the transfer was not a dump. Selini uses HYPE tokens across multiple segments of its ecosystem, including transaction fee staking, wallets, market making and arbitrage on HyperEVM, HYPE auctions, and more. Furthermore, he does not believe that positions held by Paradigm and Multicoin are being offloaded. Alexander noted that when the market fears the breakdown of the (3,3) mechanism, it brings back memories of past scenarios, with native users seemingly fully allocated and merely following market trends. He personally holds that HYPE is currently fairly valued, with its main upside potential depending on whether traditional financial trading volume can translate into more substantial fee revenue—though there are still many unresolved issues in this process.

(NASDAQ: MSTR) Executive Chairman Michael Saylor stated that since the company designated Bitcoin as its primary reserve asset in August 2020, MSTR has delivered an annualized return of 42%, outperforming Bitcoin itself, the "Magnificent Seven" tech stocks, and the S&P 500 index. According to a Reuters report citing a senior Iranian official, Iran has rejected Oman’s proposal for a regional mechanism to jointly manage shipping in the Strait of Hormuz. Iran also put forward requirements that one of the inbound and outbound routes for vessels transiting the strait must fully traverse Iranian waters, while the other must partially pass through Iranian waters. The Iranian official told Reuters that Iran insists the entire inbound route and part of the outbound route through the strait must be controlled by Iran, and Oman’s control scope should correspond to its share in the waterway. A joint management mechanism with Oman based on equal shares is not in Iran’s interest, the official added. The official stated that only Iran and Oman can decide on the management of the Strait of Hormuz based on their respective shares, and Iran rejects any interference from other countries in this matter. He also revealed that the United States and Saudi Arabia are attempting to pressure Oman to advance their "unrealistic" plans for the Strait of Hormuz.
