Hu Xiaowei, the mastermind behind Prince Group, has been deported to the United States.

Hu Xiaowei, a core figure of the "Prince Group" (also known by the alias "Hu Shi", previously rumored online to be the "mastermind behind Chen Zhi"), left Japan on July 29 and was deported to the United States. FBI agents have contacted him, and subsequent related investigations will be conducted in the U.S. While in Japan, Hu Xiaowei used a Cypriot passport and operated under the alias "Hu Shi". In June this year, he was arrested by Japanese police on suspicion of violating Japan's Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act. On July 24, Japanese prosecutors filed a summary lawsuit against him, imposing a fine of approximately 100,000 RMB. Hu Xiaowei played a pivotal role in Chen Zhi's criminal group: he introduced Chen Zhi to the cyber gray industry and was Chen Zhi's "big brother". Hu Xiaowei is also known as Hu Yanming, Hu Shi (alias), and Chen Xiaoer. According to authoritative sources, Chen Xiaoer (sanctioned by the U.S.), Hu Yanming (subject to a restriction order issued by the Hong Kong Department of Justice), and Hu Xiaowei, the mastermind of the 2010 "Knight Attack Team" illegal computer system intrusion case cracked by Chongqing cyber police, are the same person. According to confessions from core members of the "Knight Attack Team" back then, Hu Xiaowei was one of only two leaders of the group, while Chen Zhi was a member and not on the list of 19 core arrest targets at the time.
