Bitdeer announced its subsidiaries Tydal Data Center AS and Volta Tydal AS have signed a 16-year hosting, leasing and services agreement for the Tydal AI/HPC campus in Norway. The modified gross rent averages $202 per kilowatt per month, with electricity costs reimbursed by the tenant and a 3% annual escalation clause. Bitdeer projects a net operating income (NOI) margin of around 90%, with annual revenue per IT megawatt estimated at roughly $2.4 million.
