YuShu Technology’s online and offline IPO subscription results have been released. Its online subscription rate stood at 0.01809759%, relatively low among the 93 newly listed stocks this year. The allocation ratio for offline investors was 0.03341824%, ranking sixth among the 46 newly listed stocks this year that offered offline IPO subscriptions. As of now, the newly listed stock with the highest online subscription rate this year is Changxin Technology, at 0.47141739%. YuShu Technology’s online subscription rate is 3.8% of Changxin Technology’s, less than 1/26; its offline subscription rate is 19% of Changxin Technology’s, less than 1/5. Notably, Changxin Technology’s final online issuance volume accounts for approximately 63.93% of the total issuance after full exercise of the over-allotment option and deduction of the final strategic placement volume, while YuShu Technology’s final online issuance volume accounts for about 30% of the total issuance after deduction of the final strategic placement volume. The chief executive of Norway's sovereign wealth fund reaffirmed on Tuesday that the fund's $2 trillion in assets could suffer unexpected major losses, or even be completely wiped out. "We are in an abnormal state, but despite numerous challenges, financial markets continue to rise," he said.

The Bank of Russia has drawn up a list of crypto assets that, under newly approved rules last week, will be allowed to trade publicly on trading platforms. The central bank announced Tuesday that the list includes Bitcoin, Ethereum, and USDT. It noted that these assets meet relevant access criteria, including market capitalization, average daily trading volume, and at least five years of price history in overseas markets. The proposal follows a new law signed by Russian President Vladimir Putin on August 4, which grants the Bank of Russia the authority to determine which digital currencies can access organized trading markets and to set relevant trading rules.

Swiss National Bank’s (SNB) US stock foreign exchange reserves rose more than 10% in the second quarter, hitting an all-time high. According to the SNB’s 13F-HR filing submitted to the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on Tuesday, as of June 30, it held stakes in over 2,300 US-listed companies with a total value of $191.4 billion. The SNB allocates just over a quarter of its foreign reserves to stocks, with part of the holdings invested in the US. Its top three holdings are Nvidia (NVDA.O), Apple (AAPL.O), and Microsoft (MSFT.O). The central bank also held $716.6 million in shares of defense software firm Palantir, despite activist investors’ earlier demand that it sell around $1.1 billion of its Palantir stake, a request the SNB rejected.
