According to The Wall Street Journal (WSJ), citing people familiar with the matter, NVIDIA and OpenAI are in talks for a mega AI data center project worth approximately $500 billion, located in southern Ohio, United States. The project is expected to have a maximum power capacity of 10GW, potentially becoming the world’s largest data center initiative. Reports state that NVIDIA may provide around $250 billion in funding to OpenAI for leasing a data center campus developed by SBEnergy, the energy subsidiary of SoftBank. US President Donald Trump said Iran has submitted a meeting request via intermediaries, adding that the U.S. is holding "good negotiations" with Iran and there is "a very good chance of reaching some outcomes."
