CryptoQuant analyst Darkfost disclosed data showing that Bitcoin’s profitable supply ratio currently stands at 52%, meaning nearly half of circulating BTC is in a loss position. This level marks a key turning point in every bear market: during each deep correction, the profitable ratio eventually stays above the loss ratio for a sustained period. In June and July, this indicator briefly fell below the 50% threshold, but a sustained loss-dominant state has not yet emerged. The current 52% reading indicates the bear market has deepened, and the market is approaching the bottom region of the cycle. The analyst further noted that regardless of what the final absolute bottom price will be, the market is currently entering the final stage of the bear market. The massive concentration of chips accumulated in the $60,000 to $63,000 range has drawn widespread attention to a directional breakout, and the continuous contraction of the profitable supply ratio provides on-chain evidence for this judgment from another dimension. Historical patterns show that when the profitable supply ratio completes bottoming near 50%, it often signals the start of a new cycle’s accumulation phase.

The high-win-rate address 0xd9a…8bbf3 specializes in shorting ETH, having closed out 26,000 ETH worth roughly $48.66 million. The position’s entry price was $1,871.2, with a take-profit point set at $1,864.4. This marks the address’s 21st ETH short trade since July 27.

On-chain perpetual futures trading platform Extended has announced the launch of the RWA Prime market, which distinguishes itself from regular RWA markets by supporting RWA assets typically not covered by other platforms. Trading operates on a 24/5 basis or exclusively during the regular trading hours of underlying stocks; trading is suspended on weekends, stock market holidays, and non-trading periods, though positions remain open. Its funding rate mechanism is benchmarked against the Secured Overnight Financing Rate (SOFR). Due to its request-for-quote (RFQ) trading model and absence of a real underlying order book, the rate is determined by open interest skew rather than the bid-ask spread impact premium used in traditional perpetual contracts. U.S. President Donald Trump’s helicopter was involved in a flight safety incident in Washington on local time the 4th. The White House stated that the incident posed no personal safety risks, though the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has launched an investigation. According to reports, Trump took "Marine One" from outside the White House on the afternoon of the 4th, heading to Joint Base Andrews before transferring to "Air Force One" for Los Angeles. Mastercard and stablecoin network Borderless will launch a pilot project to explore whether Mastercard’s Crypto Credential standard framework can provide compliance signals for cross-border stablecoin payments, helping participants integrate the framework into their own approval, compliance and risk processes. Kevin Lehtiniitty, co-founder and CEO of Borderless, said that Mastercard is applying the correspondent banking trust model to digital asset payments in this initiative, with Crypto Credential serving as a governance and verification layer, and Mastercard itself will not participate in fund processing or settlement.

US July ADP employment data released today shows 44,000 jobs added, against an expectation of 70,000 and a prior reading of 98,000. US private sector hiring slowed sharply in July, with most new positions coming from the healthcare sector. The ADP report states that seasonally adjusted non-farm payroll growth (excluding government sectors) came in at 44,000 for the month, lower than the downwardly revised 95,000 in June and also below the market forecast of 75,000. Overall, all job growth came from the service sector, which added 47,000 positions, while goods-producing firms cut 3,000 jobs. Among these roles, the education and health services sector created 36,000 jobs, continuing its long-standing trend of leading employment growth. Financial activities added 10,000 positions, professional and business services contributed 9,000, and other service categories saw a 6,000 increase. ADP Chief Economist Nela Richardson said: "Job seekers are extremely sensitive to real-time economic conditions, and the rapid rise in their wages indicates supply constraints in some parts of the labor market. At the same time, as employers respond to changing macroeconomic conditions, typical hiring patterns are also shifting."
