Analyst: US Tariff Policy Uncertainty Is the Biggest Risk to Bitcoin's Recent Bet

Japanese listed company Remixpoint has increased its Bitcoin holdings by 7.45 BTC, bringing its total BTC holdings to 1,508.72.

According to TradingBeats monitoring, Hyperliquid whale address 0x0afb still holds a large long position in VIRTUAL, with 1x leverage, an average entry price of roughly $2.07, an unrealized loss of around $2.4 million, and a position return of approximately -57%. The address opened this VIRTUAL long position on May 12, 2025, and has held it continuously since, with a holding period nearing 17 months. Currently, the VIRTUAL perpetual contract on Hyperliquid is quoted at around $0.88, up about 11% in the past 24 hours, but still roughly 57% lower than the address’s average entry price.

Polymarket will file a lawsuit over the Dutch decision to ban operations of the U.S.-based prediction market platform. The company told Dutch financial daily Het Financieele Dagblad that the Dutch gambling regulator Ksa ordered Polymarket to cease operating in the Netherlands in February this year. Polymarket contends that its platform offers a financial product, so it should be regulated by the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM) rather than Ksa. Ksa previously ruled Polymarket is an unlicensed site and ordered it to stop operating in the Netherlands.

This move does not mean institutional capital will flow into Hyperliquid immediately, but it brings Hyperliquid into the terminal environment where institutional investors already follow price information, and is expected to further integrate the on-chain, all-weather global asset market into institutional trading workflows.
