The Wyoming Banking Department has collaborated with the New York State Department of Financial Services to implement simplified chartering procedures and joint supervision for entities engaged in digital asset-related businesses.

Investors in Trump’s personal meme coin TRUMP will get another chance to meet the U.S. President in person, marking the third such event following two previous ones. According to official announcements, the Ethereum Foundation has partnered with the Open Anonymity Project to develop zkAPI, which is now live on the Ethereum mainnet. zkAPI leverages zero-knowledge proofs to separate payments from identities: users only need to deposit assets like ETH and USDC into an Ethereum vault contract once, then authorize AI API usage without exposing their personal identity. Service providers can view request content but cannot access the payer’s identity; payment processors only see the amount spent, with no way to link it to specific requests or individual users. The zkAPI workflow operates as follows: user devices generate proofs verifying that funds are sufficient for the transaction and have not been previously spent. Servers validate these proofs to issue temporary API keys with usage limits and expiration periods. Users then send requests directly to AI service providers using these keys, which record actual usage and generate signed credentials. The system ultimately deducts fees from the user’s private balance based on real consumption. The Ethereum network only logs on-chain operations such as deposits, settlements, and withdrawals, with no insight into which services the funds are allocated to. The solution employs cryptographic technologies including Groth16, BN254, Poseidon, and Merkle trees, and allows users to withdraw funds directly from the blockchain if the server ceases operation. The Ethereum Foundation noted that zkAPI is initially targeted at AI inference scenarios, as user prompts submitted to AI models may involve sensitive information like health and financial data. However, the mechanism can also be applied to pay-as-you-go use cases such as blockchain RPC, image generation, and video generation.

Nick Timiraos, widely known as the "Fed mouthpiece", reports that Federal Reserve Vice Chair Philip Jefferson has signaled officials may want to wait longer before implementing another interest rate hike, a view that echoes comments from New York Fed President John Williams. Both top Fed officials are now implicitly casting doubt on an October rate hike, just days after investors were steadily increasing their bets on such a move. In a speech, Jefferson stated: "Looking ahead, I believe any future policy adjustments should be determined by careful assessment of data trends, evolving economic outlooks, and the balance of risks. Since the September meeting, yields across all maturities have risen further, indicating investors are reassessing the changing macroeconomic landscape. My colleagues and I need to make our own judgments, which may require more time. I will continue to assess whether underlying trends show inflation is returning to the target level at a sufficiently fast pace. With more data in hand, we may be better able to judge these trends and what monetary policy stance is appropriate."

According to on-chain analyst Ai Yi (@ai_9684xtpa), a crypto whale opened an $8.07 million ETH position four hours ago. Since September 2, the whale has accumulated a total of 12,134.13 ETH, worth $32.41 million at an average price of $2,671.25, and has now deposited the ETH into Aave.
