Bitwise Applies to Register Dogecoin ETF in Delaware, USA

On January 23rd, based on the Delaware Division of Corporations website, Bitwise has submitted documents to the State of Delaware for the registration of the Bitwise Dogecoin ETF. The creation date is January 22, 2025, and the registered agent is CSC DELAWARE TRUST COMPANY. Bloomberg ETF analyst James Seyffart noted: "It should be noted that this is only a trust registration and it is not yet the formal ETF filing with the SEC. At least not at present."
