On September 2nd, the Hong Kong-listed company CF Benchmarks (00376.HK) announced that the company's board of directors has given the green light to the purchase of ETH on the open market as a reserve asset. As of the announcement date, the group has purchased a total of 10,000 ETH on the open market, with a total investment cost (including fees and expenses) of $44 million. The funds used for this purchase are from the group's internal cash reserves, and the purchased ETH is classified as investment assets in the group's financial statements.
