Tom Lee's Fund Analyst: Ethereum Expected to End Correction Tomorrow, with a Possible Dip to $4,200

2025.10.10 09:48:22

On October 10th, this morning, Tom Lee retweeted the latest view on Ethereum by his fund analyst Mark Newton. Mark Newton believes that the recent pullback in the crypto market in the past few days is not something to be feared. He expects Ethereum to bottom out in the next 1-2 days and then rise again and rebound to $5500. From September 25th to October 7th, ETH experienced a strong technical uptrend. Subsequently, there was only a slight three-wave correction. It is expected to end the adjustment and resume the uptrend by October 11th. Currently, ETH has retraced 50% of its recent gains, but it may continue to dip to the $4200-$4220 range, which will be an excellent support area. After that, ETH will rise again. It is worth noting that although Mark Newton has made accurate predictions about Ethereum's trend before. On September 16th, Mark Newton stated that it is expected that ETH will not drop below the previous low of $4233 and may fall to $4418 or $4375 over the weekend. Take advantage of this weakness to buy on dips. ETH is expected to rise to $5500 by mid-October. However, Ethereum subsequently experienced a short-term drop to $4054.

Morgan Stanley reaffirmed its overweight rating on SPCX, setting a target price of $300, and a $600 target in a bull case scenario. Analyst Adam Jonas believes the market is underestimating SpaceX’s broader AI platform, including its computing, connectivity, and real-time data capabilities. The upcoming Grok model could help narrow this valuation gap. Jonas views the approaching lock-up expiration as an opportunity rather than a risk, offering a potential entry point for investors.
