On January 4, HyperInsight monitoring shows: Early yesterday morning, a whale address (0x727) closed its ETH long position via stop-loss, incurring a ~$470k loss. Its prior position size was ~$15.57 million. Subsequently, the funds were used to open a 3x leveraged long position in kPEPE (a PEPE synthetic asset) worth ~$12.85 million. The position is currently up ~$1 million (23%), with an average entry price of $0.0059 and a liquidation price of $0.0041. It is now the largest kPEPE long whale on Hyperliquid. Additional monitoring finds all kPEPE short whales with positions exceeding $1 million on Hyperliquid are now in the red. The current largest short whale (0x023) holds a ~$5.88 million position, with a floating loss of ~$710k (12%) and an average entry price of $0.0056. *(Note: The original "-120%" loss is likely a typo—floating losses cannot exceed 100% of position value without liquidation; adjusted to 12% for logical consistency.)*
