Liquidity providers faced a surge in buy orders, with two top LPs on the Hyperliquid platform—Wintermute and Auros Global—suffering varying losses. Wintermute’s LP address recorded an estimated daily loss of $1.1 million. Its key positions include a $23.4 million ETH long, a $16.3 million BTC short, and it provides liquidity for 96 tokens. Auros Global’s LP address posted an estimated daily loss of $400,000. Its main holdings consist of a $44.8 million BTC long, plus $18 million in combined SOL and XRP longs, and it offers liquidity for 175 tokens.
