The Bank of Russia has drawn up a list of crypto assets that, under newly approved rules last week, will be allowed to trade publicly on trading platforms. Swiss National Bank’s (SNB) US stock foreign exchange reserves rose more than 10% in the second quarter, hitting an all-time high.
