Prominent trader Killa posted that during the last bull run, Bitcoin began recovering from lows ahead of ETF rumors and formal approval, emphasizing markets typically price in positive news in advance. This cycle could follow a similar pattern: the current "Clarity Act" (Regulatory Clarity Act) is shaping a new narrative. "If it indeed acts as a catalyst, it will likely mark the start of BTC’s first meaningful rally phase since the recovery from the prior bear market, and its approval will soon push Bitcoin to a new all-time high (ATH)—just like the ETF approval did," Killa noted.
