According to GMGN market data, today’s meme coin market has entered a phase of divergence. Strong-performing tokens on Robinhood Chain have pulled back from their highs, but capital has not significantly exited the market—instead, it is continuing to seek new relay opportunities within the chain. TIME’s 2026 AI 100 List: Jensen Huang and Liang Wenfeng Not Included, Yang Zhilin Makes the Cut for the First Time.

Beating AI Newsflash: TIME Unveils 2026 TIME100 AI, the fourth edition of its annual AI power list. NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang and DeepSeek CEO Liang Wenfeng, both featured in the "Leaders" category last year, are absent from this year’s lineup. YUANZHI LING’s Yang Zhilin, however, makes his debut in the "Innovators" category. TIME Editor-in-Chief Sam Jacobs specifically highlighted him, noting that YUANZHI LING’s models have garnered "extraordinary attention" over the past year, sometimes outperforming even the most advanced U.S. rivals. This year’s "Leaders" category includes OpenAI’s Sam Altman, Mark Chen, and Greg Brockman, while Anthropic’s Dario and Daniela Amodei also made the cut. Chinese entities with representatives on the list include ByteDance, Alibaba, Huawei, SMIC, YUANZHI LING, Zhipu AI, Manus, Zhiyuan Robotics, and BYD. Many new faces this year are agent and AI tool entrepreneurs: Cursor CEO Michael Truell, OpenClaw creator Peter Steinberger, and Manus founder Xiao Hong all landed in the "Innovators" category. Perhaps the most surprising addition is Ben Affleck. The Hollywood actor, famous for playing Batman, was also named to the "Innovators" list. His company InterPositive uses AI for film post-production. Netflix acquired the firm in March this year, with the cash deal valued at roughly $587 million, and Affleck joined Netflix as a senior advisor post-acquisition.

Goldman Sachs: Persian Gulf oil exports have recovered to roughly two-thirds of pre-war levels.

Goldman Sachs said oil exports from the Persian Gulf have recovered to roughly two-thirds of pre-conflict levels. Goldman Sachs analysts including Daan Struyven noted that, driven by increased traffic through the Strait of Hormuz, total exports of crude oil and petroleum products from the region have risen to 15 million to 16 million barrels per day, still 7 million to 8 million barrels lower than pre-conflict levels, but far above the low of 5 million to 6 million barrels per day recorded in March. Oil volumes transported solely via the Strait of Hormuz may already be approaching the 8 million to 10 million barrels per day estimated by U.S. officials. Goldman Sachs stated: "The rise in the number of professional carriers sailing with their vessel tracking signals disabled, along with increased ship-to-ship transfer activities, indicates that producers and carriers are adapting to the Middle East conflict." While large volumes of oil are being shipped out of the Persian Gulf, shipments of liquefied natural gas (LNG) and refined petroleum products remain low. Goldman Sachs added: "In a scenario of sustained supply disruptions, we still believe that upside potential for European natural gas prices and forward refined product prices will be larger than that for crude oil." XRP treasury firm Evernorth has received SEC confirmation of its registration effectiveness, and plans to list on Nasdaq via a SPAC merger.

XRP treasury firm Evernorth Holdings announced that its S-4 registration statement filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has taken effect, advancing plans to list on Nasdaq via a merger with special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) Armada Acquisition Corp. II. The registration’s effectiveness does not signify the merger is finalized; the transaction still requires shareholder approval. The company expects the merger to close by the end of this third quarter or early fourth quarter, with the combined entity set to trade under the ticker symbol “XRPN” post-transaction. The S-4 filing covers up to 34,499,992 Class A common shares of Evernorth and 11,499,992 related warrants. Evernorth’s investors include Ripple, Arrington Capital, SBI Group, Pantera Capital, Kraken, and GSR, among others.
