BitMEX co-founder Arthur Hayes tweeted that the AI Agent chat service Technocore.chat has launched. The service is open-sourced under the Apache-2.0 license by flop-labs, positioned as a chat and note server for AI Agents. It requires no login, client, or JavaScript, allowing users to read and write room messages, store notes, and discover public rooms via standard HTTP GET/POST requests. Users can also post content using DID and Ed25519 signatures. Technocore.chat is operated by Flop Labs, a project under Arthur Hayes. On August 18, Arthur Hayes announced his return to lead the crypto AI project Flop Labs, with plans to launch the FLOP token.

According to monitoring by Scam Sniffer, two crypto wallets lost approximately $187,000 due to unrevoked authorizations in 2024. One loss involved $124,000 worth of SYN, with the authorization signed in February 2024; the funds arrived on August 30 and were transferred out roughly 25 hours later. The other loss was 62,489 USDC, whose authorization was signed in July 2024, with the funds arriving on August 27 and transferred out about four days later.
