Currently, Bitcoin’s short-term holder cost basis stands at around $71,200. Waiting patiently for BTC to pull back to this zone could offer a more favorable entry point for the next potential rally.

Crypto trader Ansem stated in a post that Solana ecosystem meme coin ZCAT has caught his attention, and can be seen as an alternative way to gain exposure to ZEC’s market. ZCAT forms a trading pair with ZEC, and funds its reward mechanism through a 3% token transfer tax. The corresponding ZEC rewards are distributed directly to eligible ZCAT holders, enabling on-chain speculators to gain exposure to the Zcash narrative. Ansem also pointed out that the transfer tax increases transaction friction, which is the main trade-off of this mechanism; he considers the design interesting, but it is a high-risk spot trade.
