SEC’s new tokenized stock policy continues to drive momentum, with NEAR, UNI, and ARB leading the altcoin market rally.

NYSE Arca has submitted a rule amendment application to the U.S. SEC (SR-NYSEARCA-2026-93), proposing to launch binary KPI options. The product is based on key operating metrics from corporate financial statements and adopts all-or-nothing binary cash settlement. The first batch will cover 23 companies, including Coinbase’s trading revenue, trading volume and subscription revenue, as well as Marathon Digital Holdings’ Bitcoin production, holdings and hash rate, among others. The SEC issued a request for comments on September 15, and the proposal was published in the Federal Register today. The product has not yet been approved for launch.

According to monitoring by Defimon Alerts, Nimiq’s swap contract on Polygon was hacked for approximately $50,400 on September 16. The incident stemmed from the contract serving as both OpenGSN’s paymaster and forwarder, with its execute() method failing to verify user signatures. Attackers set up their own relays, forged open() requests from liquidity wallets, exploited pre-image hash locks to open HTLCs and immediately redeemed funds, then transferred the targeted wallet’s USDC, USDT0, and USDC.e tokens. Nimiq had previously suspended Gas Abstraction stablecoin transactions and was investigating related issues.

According to DefiLlama data, Robinhood Chain’s 7-day application layer revenue has surpassed Hyperliquid. The top chains ranked by aggregated 7-day application layer revenue are: Solana ($37.42 million), Robinhood Chain ($15.85 million), Hyperliquid L1 ($12.44 million), Ethereum ($11.90 million), and BNB Chain ($6.60 million).

In the past, a single Pull Request (PR) typically represented hours or even days of a developer’s work. Now, agents can modify dozens of files in one go, leaving reviewers with a massive code diff that offers little insight into the original requirements driving the changes or the iterations the agent went through. Zed’s newly launched open beta feature Delta aims to fill this gap. It integrates agent conversations, every code modification, and subsequent comments into a single history. When reviewing problematic code, users can trace back directly to see the original request and how the agent iteratively arrived at the current code. Code review no longer has to wait until development is complete: developers can open a separate thread at any time to have a human or another agent review the current code, and continue modifying in an independent copy. Zed has already tested Delta internally. The Delta repository has disabled GitHub Pull Requests, and 33 team members have merged 570 changes to the main branch via Delta. Git remains intact, with commit, push, and build workflows unaffected. Zed’s core goal with Delta is to revamp the code review layer: as more code is generated by agents, relying solely on the final diff is no longer sufficient. Delta currently supports macOS, Linux, Windows, and web versions, and is free during its open beta. Features like MCP and remote runtime environments are still in development.

Binance will support Stargate (STG) merging into LayerZero (ZRO). Starting at 11:00 (UTC+8) on October 6, 2026, the exchange will delist all STG spot trading pairs and cancel unfilled orders, while STG deposits and withdrawals will be suspended starting at 11:30 the same day. The conversion ratio is 1 STG = 0.08634 ZRO, and existing ZRO trading pairs will remain unaffected. For spot copy trading, the aforementioned trading pairs will be removed starting at 03:00 (UTC) on October 5, with open positions transferred to spot accounts; trading bots will also be taken offline simultaneously. Users must adjust or cancel their copy trading and grid strategies on their own before the deadline, and allocate sufficient time to complete STG deposits to avoid failed transactions or potential losses.
