He explained that AI development is inseparable from power, and he has already invested in power projects and uranium assets, wagering on small modular nuclear reactors to power U.S. data centers in the future. O’Leary also predicted that the Clarity Act will struggle to advance before the U.S. midterm elections, and Congress may reintroduce a bipartisan crypto market regulatory bill after the midterms.

Binance announced it will launch 24/7 forex perpetual contracts, with its first product being USD/Brazilian Real (USDBRLUSDT). The product is scheduled to go live on September 21, settled in USDT, and offers up to 100x leverage. For pricing, it will use weighted index data from a third-party provider during traditional forex trading hours; on weekends and public holidays, it will adopt order book-based pricing calculated via the exponential moving average of order book prices to enable round-the-clock trading.
