Circle launches Bitcoin-collateralized lending service.

According to Binance's live trading data, the whale codenamed "First Set 10 Big Goals" is currently going long on BTC with 4x leverage, holding an unrealized profit of $12.17 million. Earlier reports noted that the same whale stated today it will hold this trend position until Bitcoin reaches $120,000.

According to official announcements, Ondo has announced that Ondo Stocks now supports physical conversion between underlying stocks, tokenized stocks, and ETFs, and has added a primary market issuance channel via Alpaca’s Instant Tokenization Network (ITN). Qualified institutions can use their existing stock assets to mint corresponding Ondo Stocks tokens, or redeem tokens to receive the underlying stocks. Specifically, after an institution initiates minting, its held underlying stocks are transferred via internal bookkeeping from an Alpaca account to Ondo’s Alpaca account, after which the corresponding tokens are issued on supported blockchains; the redemption process follows the reverse steps. This mechanism eliminates the need for manual approval for each transaction, making it easier for institutions to convert between traditional stock assets and on-chain tokenized assets, and is expected to boost secondary market liquidity for Ondo Stocks and narrow bid-ask spreads. Currently, this feature is only available to institutions approved by Alpaca, and is not a universal function of Ondo Stocks. Participating institutions must hold valid accounts with both Ondo and Alpaca, and complete the relevant onboarding and approval processes; the conversion function is now live on Ethereum and BNB Chain.

According to Bloomberg, health and fitness smart ring maker Oura Inc. and some of its investors are seeking to raise up to $2.2 billion via an initial public offering (IPO). In a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on Monday, the smart ring company plans to issue 50 million shares priced between $40 and $44 each. Oura will offer 13.5 million new shares, while its shareholders will sell 36.5 million existing shares.
