According to Bitget's market data, the Nasdaq 100 index has extended its gains to 0.6%, potentially hitting another record closing high.

Federal Reserve Vice Chair Philip Jefferson stated in a speech prepared for the Federal Reserve Bank of New York’s annual Treasury Markets Conference that the U.S. central bank’s discount window — a financing tool providing short-term liquidity assistance to banks — remains ready to be deployed whenever needed. He noted that usage of the tool typically rises when money market rates face upward pressure. Jefferson added that the discount window supports the Fed’s monetary policy implementation and complements the central bank’s standing repo operations, “jointly easing pressures in funding markets”.

DeFi protocols Camelot and Cypher have announced their integration into a new brand called Frontier, focused on building programmable market infrastructure based on Uniswap v4. The two projects previously processed over $100 billion in combined spot trading volume on Arbitrum and Ethereum, and supported the launches of more than 45 projects. The team stated that after years of practice, they have decided to abandon their independent Automated Market Maker (AMM) path, fully shift to Uniswap v4’s Hooks mechanism, and build a more comprehensive market and ecosystem support layer. Fifteen percent of the total supply of Frontier’s native token FRONT will be distributed to Camelot and Cypher holders. Holders of GRAIL, xGRAIL, CYPH, and xCYPH have a 30-day migration window, and users may also choose to redeem their tokens in USDC at a price based on the 7-day Time-Weighted Average Price (TWAP) prior to the announcement. Frontier has launched on Robinhood Chain, and will subsequently expand to Ethereum Mainnet, Arbitrum, and other networks. Camelot and Cypher will gradually cease independent operations and be fully integrated into the Frontier ecosystem.

According to official announcements from Kinetiq, the testnet of Elysium — the first Layer 2 (L2) network in the Hyperliquid ecosystem — has been launched. Elysium is a general-purpose, high-performance L2 network built exclusively for Hyperliquid, settling on HyperEVM, co-located with HyperCore, and uses HYPE as its native gas token. Currently, Elysium operates Conduit’s G2 sequencer on an architecture compliant with SOC II Type 2 standards.
