According to official sources, Blockchain.com and the New York Stock Exchange Group (NYSE) announced today that they have signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU), which will enable Blockchain.com’s user base to access tokenized U.S. exchange-listed stocks and ETFs on NYSE’s previously announced digital Alternative Trading System (ATS), subject to securing all necessary regulatory approvals. The partnership aims to expand NYSE’s reach to crypto-native investors via Blockchain.com’s global customer base. According to people familiar with the matter, MoonPay has agreed to acquire private market infrastructure platform North Capital in an all-stock deal valued at over $60 million. North Capital will become a wholly owned subsidiary of MoonPay.
