The protocol plans to further expand into perpetual contracts, tokenized stocks, and other real-world assets, and will launch Jumper Perps in the coming weeks. This token sale marks Jumper’s first financing round, with proceeds allocated to product development, user growth, and market expansion. Jumper noted it will not conduct concurrent equity financing; users, contributors, and investors will access the company’s value growth through JUMP tokens, which will be issued separately after the financing closes.

AI computing power company Nscale announced the completion of a $3.36 billion pre-IPO convertible bond financing round, led by Third Point, with participation from Nvidia, Apollo’s funds, Citadel, Hudson Bay Capital, the Abu Dhabi Investment Committee, and 8090 Industries, among others. The financing includes $2.36 billion that closed at signing, plus an additional $1 billion committed by Nvidia for mid-November 2026.
