According to Axios, sources familiar with the matter disclosed that OpenAI’s enterprise sales have more than doubled since July. Data indicates that OpenAI’s annualized revenue run rate has risen by over 70% since the start of the third quarter, now standing at nearly $70 billion. Over the same period, its business-to-business (B2B) revenue from enterprise clients has grown by more than 100%. For its consumer segment, OpenAI’s third-quarter new revenue exceeded the total new revenue it generated in all of 2025. However, Axios noted that specific spending details for OpenAI have not yet been disclosed.

Robinhood CEO Vlad Tenev said the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) issued a "no-action letter" to Tesla today, clearing the way for a voting plan that empowers retail investors. "This is what equity should look like," Tenev noted. When millions hold shares in a public company, they should be able to vote their holdings more conveniently. Currently, Robinhood has helped multiple companies directly engage with shareholders, offering messaging services, retail investor voting programs, and real-time earnings Q&A sessions accessible directly within the app. More features will be launched in the future.

According to CNBC, James Comer, chairman of the U.S. House Oversight Committee and Republican representative from Kentucky, is expanding his investigation into insider trading in prediction markets and has asked three online platforms to outline their measures to combat such conduct. In letters sent Tuesday, Comer requested documents and information from the CEOs of Hyperliquid Labs, Crypto.com, and Aristotle Exchange Inc. — which owns the PredictIt platform — asking them to detail their identity verification processes and how they identify and prevent insider trading on their respective platforms. Comer stated in a declaration: "As online prediction platforms continue to evolve and grow more mainstream, some bad actors are exploiting non-public information to place bets, earning thousands of dollars. The House Oversight Committee is investigating whether these platforms are meeting their legal obligations and taking sufficient steps to identify and prevent insider trading before it occurs."

According to a Wall Street Journal report, the Trump administration has rolled out an artificial intelligence-powered tool, which its developers claim will act as the federal government’s "digital steward" designed to modernize the relationship between citizens and the government. The tool will be hosted on the website America.gov, which officially launched on Tuesday, serving as a test of the Trump administration’s digital ambitions. Joe Gebbia, co-founder of Airbnb and head of the White House National Design Studio, said the online portal will be the federal government’s new digital gateway. He noted that as the technology evolves, America.gov will eventually become a unified entry point for all federal public services, setting "a standard worthy of a superpower".
