Well-known crypto trader Killa has published a prediction that Bitcoin (BTC) will break its all-time high between April 26 and August 2, 2027. In an accompanying chart comparing historical market cycles, he pointed out that the bottom phases in 2022 and 2026 have shortened, implying the cycle rhythm has accelerated due to an earlier bottoming out, leading him to estimate BTC could hit a new all-time high as early as May to July 2027. Killa, a quantitative trader specializing in BTC, previously called the peak of the current bull market in May 2025 and boasts over 200,000 followers on X. In mid-April, he shorted Bitcoin at $74,688, then switched to a long position during the broad market sell-off on June 5.

Zcash advocacy group Pretty Good Policy for Zcash (PGPZ) filed lobbying registration in Washington on October 1, with executive director Divij Pandya serving as its sole lobbyist. The registration lists current and planned lobbying priorities including the CLARITY Act and two digital asset tax proposals. Founded in June this year, PGPZ spun off from Electric Coin Co.’s 2022 initiative Pretty Good Policy for Crypto, which previously hosted policy roundtables in Washington and organized a congressional briefing on crypto technology in 2023. Paul Brigner, PGPZ founder and chief policy and regulatory officer at ZODL, stated the goal is to ensure Zcash has serious, organized, and credible policy engagement in Washington.
