Crypto trader Ansem published a post discussing one of the biggest lessons he has learned from years of trading cryptocurrencies. He noted that catching the right market rotation in trading is only the first step; what really determines whether you can retain profits is timely profit-taking and compounding returns. In 2017, he made significant gains trading altcoins, but many of these profits were wiped out through repeated round-trip trades, leaving him back at square one. From 2020 to 2021, he saw notable improvement, becoming better at identifying early market narratives, rotating among SOL, LUNA, and AVAX, and compounding profits from different trades. Identifying opportunities early and knowing when to take profits are two equally critical skills.

According to GMGN data, Solana-based meme coin Super Inu (SI) has surpassed $30 million in market capitalization, with a 24-hour gain of 32.1% and trading volume of $4.3 million. The development comes as SpaceXAI’s official X account—another entity under Elon Musk, following Tesla—has been renamed. The account is now called SpaceX Super Intelligence, with its handle changed from @SpaceXAI to @SpaceXSI, and Musk himself shared a screenshot of the updated account. On October 4, Musk publicly stated, “No longer called AI, SI is better.” He later promised netizens he would rename SpaceXAI to SpaceXSI, and just six days after that announcement, the account has officially been updated. The move follows an executive order signed by Trump earlier, which requires U.S. federal agencies to replace “artificial intelligence” (AI) with “superintelligence” (SI) in official use. While the mandate does not apply to private companies, the official accounts of Tesla and SpaceXAI have already made the switch sequentially. According to HTX market data, STRK (Starknet) has extended its 24-hour gain to 55%, briefly breaking above $0.12 and currently trading at $0.11, leading the altcoin market rally. On the news front, StarkWare CEO Eli Ben-Sasson stated at Token2049 and in subsequent remarks that blockchains need post-quantum readiness and cryptographic agility to counter threats from quantum computing and AI acceleration. He clarified that Starknet is actively considering multiple options, including separating from Ethereum to become an independent Layer 1 (L1) chain, so as to independently control the pace of security migration, with the goal of achieving full quantum resistance by 2027 — earlier than Ethereum’s planned timeline. This "shift to L1 + quantum resistance" narrative quickly became a market focus, driving STRK’s consecutive sharp rally. On the technical and ecosystem front, the v0.14.4 mainnet launched on October 5, expanding SNIP-36 single-proof capacity to approximately 1.1 billion L2 gas, enabling proof verification for larger-scale off-chain computations; the strkBTC incentive program went live on October 2 (with the first 100 bridged BTC covering bridging fees and receiving weekly airdrops), further strengthening the Bitcoin-related narrative.
