Analyst: Bitcoin’s MVRV percentile drops below 30, still aligning with the characteristics of an accumulation zone.

Strategy founder Michael Saylor recently told Bloomberg that MSCI’s plan to exclude firms like Strategy from global stock indices is disappointing. He argued that classifying oil, natural gas, land and machinery as capital while excluding Bitcoin amounts to a biased value judgment, adding MSCI is acting like an unregistered investment advisor. The exclusion will have limited impact on Strategy, but Saylor hopes MSCI will reconsider the move. He stressed that Strategy is an operating company whose product is "digital credit", noting it belongs to the same category of financial operators as banks and insurance firms, rather than a holding company. Earlier, MSCI finalized its rule to remove "non-operating companies" from the Global Investable Market Index, which is set to take effect after trading closes on November 30, with the final affected list to be announced on November 11.

On-chain detective Specter reposted a tweet alerting the community that the InfoFi project’s BILL token is suspected to be a scam. The BILL token (full name Billion, ticker: BILL) has plunged around 97% from its all-time high. Over the past two months, 17 addresses that received tokens from team-linked wallets have deposited approximately 988 million BILL onto crypto exchanges. This week alone, another set of independent deposit addresses added around 360 million BILL to exchanges, with the tokens sourced from the project team’s multi-signature wallets. Statistics show that the total BILL tokens flowing into exchanges over the past two months amount to roughly 1.35 billion, accounting for about 13.6% of the total token supply, with an estimated value of approximately $15 million. The project’s team previously secured around $30 million in funding from investors including Coinbase Ventures and Polychain Capital.

Crypto analyst Micha?l van de Poppe posted that Bitcoin’s price range is gradually narrowing, with volatility declining, signaling a major price swing is likely ahead—but a "false move" could occur first. He noted that this false move could push Bitcoin’s price below $80,000, to the "blue box" zone marked on his chart. This zone has already been tested once before, and he would not be surprised if it is retested, calling it an ideal entry area. On the upside, he stated that if Bitcoin breaks through the key resistance level of $82,000, its rally will accelerate and likely move toward $90,000.

At the RTX Spark launch event, Nvidia PC Senior Vice President Jeff Fisher stated in an interview that the RTX 5090 graphics card has not been discontinued. He emphasized that the RTX 5090 is an extremely important core product for Nvidia, and the company will continue to supply it. According to Bloomberg, Alona Katz, head of the virtual currency unit at the Brooklyn District Attorney’s Office in New York, has taken down a cross-border crypto fraud network operating from Eastern Europe with assistance from the FBI. Authorities seized and disrupted more than 240 fraudulent websites and 112 servers controlled by the ring, which had defrauded Brooklyn residents of tens of millions of dollars. The operation spanned three time zones, though no arrests were made. The gang primarily targeted Russian-speaking users via social platforms like Facebook, posing as immigrants who had succeeded in trading in the U.S. They lured victims to invest hundreds of dollars initially, then displayed fake profits to encourage further contributions. Fraudsters sometimes allowed small withdrawals to build credibility, but when victims requested large sums, they either demanded exorbitant fees or cut off contact entirely. As of early October, the team was processing the return of approximately $300,000 to victims of the fraud targeting Brooklyn’s Russian-speaking community. Citing FBI data, the report notes that crypto fraud losses reported in the U.S. in 2025 reached $11.4 billion, roughly three times the amount recorded three years prior.
