According to Pump.fun’s official X account, Pump.fun has partnered with Hyperliquid to launch perpetual (perps) trading on its Pump.fun App. Users can directly use USDC or SOL in their wallets to go long or short on crypto assets, stocks, and commodities without cross-chain bridging, as the platform integrates Hyperliquid’s on-chain perpetual engine. The official announcement states that over 300 Hyperliquid markets are tradable within the App, which supports position callouts and follower rewards. Leverage terms are as follows: up to 40x for BTC, 25x for ETH, 20x for individual stocks like Tesla (TSLA) and NVIDIA (NVDA), and 50x for the S&P 500. The platform uses isolated margin, allowing users to set take-profit and stop-loss orders at position opening or add them later. Trading fees are 0.05% per transaction, plus Hyperliquid’s standard fees.

According to Yonhap News, South Korean virtual asset exchange Prabang (???) suffered an asset loss of approximately 100 million won in a hacker attack. The platform has announced it has temporarily suspended services and will fully compensate affected funds using its own assets. Industry sources said Prabang detected abnormal withdrawals from its hot wallet on the 24th of this month, immediately activated emergency response and launched a full investigation, during which a security vulnerability was uncovered. On the 26th, the exchange confirmed unauthorized external access, filed a report with relevant authorities, and continues to probe the cause and scale of losses. Yonhap noted that recent hacker-related incidents have occurred one after another in the financial and virtual asset sectors, but this is the first confirmed case of actual asset loss. The report also pointed out that this incident appears to be separate from the Prabang-related accident mentioned by financial authorities in the AI hack intrusion inspection results on the 14th of this month. Additionally, on the 27th, Bithumb experienced a hacker attack targeting its internal systems, leading to the leakage of employees’ personal information.
