The BlueMove hacker has once again bridged 193,000 USDC to Hyperliquid and purchased 306.59 XMR.

According to a statement from the U.S. state of Arkansas’ Office of the Attorney General, State Attorney General Tim Griffin has sued Kalshi’s operators—KalshiEX LLC and Kalshi Inc.—accusing them of running an illegal gambling platform within the state and violating the state’s Deceptive Trade Practices Act. Griffin alleged that Kalshi failed to obtain the necessary licenses required to operate gambling in Arkansas, opened its platform to consumers including individuals as young as 18, and encouraged them to wager real money on sports and entertainment events for profit. The state is seeking relief including compensation, fines, unpaid taxes, and injunctions.

According to Yonhap News Agency, an official from South Korea’s Unification Ministry stated on November 5 that the government has not yet begun discussing whether to impose sanctions over North Korea’s alleged theft of cryptocurrencies from Binance. The South Korean government has not fully grasped the specifics of the hacking incident, and relevant response discussions have not been initiated. Earlier, the U.S. Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) blamed North Korea for the theft of more than $6 billion in cryptocurrencies from Binance, the world’s largest crypto exchange. Kim Yo Jong, sister of North Korean leader Kim Jong Un, denied the allegations earlier this week, describing them as a "serious political provocation" against North Korea. The Unification Ministry official added that the government still needs to further share information and hold internal discussions.

Glassnode stated in a report that despite Bitcoin (BTC) experiencing a pullback in recent weeks, market trading volumes remain higher than the lows recorded in August this year. Before the August price rally, BTC trading volumes had dropped to their lowest point since 2023. This current trading volume trend indicates that after months of market sluggishness, investor interest in the crypto market remains sustained.
