France's crypto taxation and wallet reporting proposal has been temporarily shelved, with the National Assembly rejecting the revenue portion of the 2027 budget.

According to an official announcement, Gate.io has officially launched its new Proof of Security (PoSEC), becoming the first digital asset exchange in the industry to introduce the PoSEC security proof system. The platform expands security verification from reserve sufficiency to asset storage structure and risk protection. As disclosed on Gate.io’s official page, as of the snapshot taken at 08:00 (UTC+8) on November 4, the platform’s cold storage coverage rate reaches 104.58%, with cold storage and hot wallet assets accounting for 88.26% and 11.74% respectively. This means that, per the relevant statistical standards, even if all hot wallet assets are lost, cold storage can still cover all user assets. Currently, the data set is being verified by an independent third-party audit firm, and the report will be published on the official website once completed. In 2020, Gate.io was the first to launch an open-source Proof of Reserves (PoR) solution, and has since continuously enhanced its multi-layer security system covering mechanisms including cold-hot wallet separation, multi-signature, multi-party secure computation (MPC), and dynamic risk monitoring. This pioneering PoSEC further extends fund security verification from reserve sufficiency to storage security and extreme risk coverage capability, offering a new practical approach for the industry to establish more comprehensive and transparent fund security standards.

According to Bloomberg, Goldman Sachs and Apollo have begun pitching a roughly $40 billion AI chip financing package for SpaceX to Wall Street investors, with some participants invited to pre-subscribe for up to $500 million in allocations; formal syndication is expected to launch soon. Unveiled in October this year, the deal is the largest GPU financing arrangement to date. Its structure is as follows: an Apollo-backed entity will purchase roughly $47.3 billion worth of NVIDIA GPUs and related equipment, primarily including next-generation Rubin chips. Additionally, SpaceX does not guarantee the residual value of the chips at the end of the lease term.

Binance Wallet has issued an announcement noting that the five original distribution dates and corresponding questionnaire deadlines for the PREDICT airdrop remain unchanged: the token launch date, November 6, 2026, November 13, November 20, and November 27. If PREDICT is officially launched after any of these scheduled distribution dates, the relevant batch plus all previously undistributed batches will be combined and released together in the first distribution batch following the token’s launch. Users do not need to resubmit their questionnaires, and eligibility for each airdrop batch will still be determined by the original questionnaire deadlines.
