On May 7th, the Nasdaq-listed company Thumzup Media Corporation announced that it has submitted an amended Form S-3 filing to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for its "universal shelf" registration statement, with the maximum aggregate offering amount being increased from $200 million to $500 million. Once the registration statement becomes effective, this increased amount will enable Thumzup to raise up to $500 million in funding to enhance its operating capital and further advance its Bitcoin (BTC) acquisition strategy.
