According to TradingBeats' monitoring, a short-term rally in Bitcoin (BTC) triggered liquidations totaling $65.6 million in short positions on Hyperliquid. Among these, the BTC short position of 122.88 BTC held by an address starting with 0xec0b was fully force-closed by the system in two rounds, with a liquidation volume of approximately $10.165 million, marking the largest single liquidation on the platform. This BTC short position was opened on September 4, with an average entry price of around $81,335.90, and held for about 17 days. The average execution price of the forced liquidation was roughly $82,720.70, meaning BTC had risen only about 1.7% from its entry cost, resulting in a realized loss of approximately $170,200. Meanwhile, the address’s long Ethereum (ETH) position remains open. It currently holds 7,007.8 ETH in long positions, valued at around $18.951 million, with an average entry price of about $2,065.97 and an unrealized profit of roughly $4.473 million. The address previously held a simultaneous long ETH / short BTC position, a spread trade essentially betting on ETH’s relative strength against BTC. However, during BTC’s short-term rally, the short side hit the liquidation threshold first, forcing the original position pair to be unwound.

According to TradingBeats' monitoring, Bitcoin briefly broke through $84,000. The only remaining contract position under Garrett Jin’s account — a 3x Bitcoin long order — has now generated an unrealized profit of $7.76 million. However, it’s a mixed picture: a long-term ETH “diamond hand” held a Bitcoin short order worth $10.16 million that was liquidated half an hour ago. Additionally, Abraxas Capital, the largest holder of Bitcoin short positions on Hyperliquid, reported unrealized losses of $23.51 million and $17.11 million respectively for its two Bitcoin short addresses.

According to Coinglass data, during Bitcoin's sharp short-term rally that pushed its price above $84,000, two short positions worth over $10 million were liquidated. One liquidation occurred on Binance, with a value of $11.29 million, while the other took place on Bitget, amounting to $10.44 million.

According to HTX market data, Bitcoin has accelerated its rally over the past hour, briefly surging past $83,000 and currently trading at $83,031. Its 24-hour gain stands at 2.73%, hitting a new high since August 19.

Beating AI Express (Dongcha) reports that TypeSafe founder Diogo Almeida has released a draft design for a coding agent, inviting the community to test it directly. He openly stated that his team likely won’t have the time to implement all these ideas themselves. The core change in this draft is context management. Current coding agents typically retain all previous chat history, tool outputs, and code state; when the context grows too long, they either compress it or reset entirely. TypeSafe aims to let the agent re-evaluate each round: whether to keep using the existing cache, or select a more appropriate context; which content to retain in full, which to summarize, and which to discard entirely. Almeida argues that many existing agent designs are constrained by KV cache. For example, when a task is first routed to a cheaper model and then switched back to a more powerful model, the latter often has to re-read the long context, resulting in higher overall costs. Tool definitions, permanently embedded in system prompts, also take up constant space. If context can be dynamically reorganized, model routing, sub-agents, MCP, and AGENTS.md can also be loaded on demand. Simple tasks are assigned to cheaper models, required tools are loaded as needed, and sub-agents only access state relevant to their own tasks. Almeida has temporarily named this approach "Meta-attention".
