Regarding future operations, JasonLeo said he will start closing long positions gradually if BTC falls back below $79,000. If BTC surges rapidly to $100,000 in the short term, he will consider opening defensive short positions in the $98,000–$105,000 range to hedge against weekly-level correction risks. If BTC closes above $108,000 on the daily timeframe, the above short position logic will be invalid. If BTC does not rally directly but consolidates fully in the $80,000–$100,000 range, he will take defensive actions in the $115,000–$125,000 range.

According to a report by the Financial Times, AI hedge fund Situational Awareness has become one of the largest hedge fund clients of Goldman Sachs (GS.N)’s prime brokerage business this year, generating over $200 million in fee revenue for the bank. People familiar with the matter disclosed that Situational Awareness was at one point a key client of Goldman Sachs’ trading division this year. Its rapid growth and strategy of using leverage to expand trading volumes drove the fee growth. Meta Platforms (META) shares have risen 36% so far in September, on track for their best monthly performance since July 2013 and approaching the $2 trillion market cap threshold. The rally is primarily driven by positive market reaction to Meta’s launch of its personal AI assistant, Muse.
