According to a source, NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang has expressed support for the major deal between Marvell and Lumentum. Marvell Technology announced an all-stock acquisition of optical component maker Lumentum worth around $115 billion, marking one of the largest tech mergers and acquisitions in recent years. Each of the two companies had previously secured a $2 billion strategic investment from NVIDIA.
